Return Policy

Equipment

Within 30 days following the date of purchase, returns must be made. Please use our email address to contact us with any return requests and provide order number while submitting the request. Order refunds are not available unless you get in touch with us first so we can evaluate the issue and figure out the best course of action. Open goods returns are not accepted.

Supplements

All approved product returns need to be sealed and undamaged in any manner. A credit will be processed upon inspection of the returned product (Note – shipping cost will be deducted from the credit amount). Any complimentary gift items must be returned along in their original packaging, unused and unopened, to receive a full refund.

Claims for damages and missing items

Any damaged or missing claim should be reported within 24 hrs of delivery. For a claim, please note an image of shipping box along with items in the box must be provided. Claim will only be processed if the items are in their original packaging.

All clearance items or special sale items are final sales and not eligible for return
